Valentine is the nephew of the famous Van Shipley popularly known as Man with the Golden Guitar and magical Gypsy Violin, who is one of the pioneers of instrumental music in India.

Tapas & Cocktails Festival at Grillopolis, Andheri West

Grillopolis will bring its own unique twist to the art of cocktails. Bartender Kamal Chowalla with over 10 years in international bars makes his debut in Mumbai with this festival. He has whipped up some exotic cocktails keeping the season, fresh fruits and it's linkage to tapas in mind like El Mohi, purple rain, matador, vino tinto, mimosa, bubble trouble and chow delight. Kamal's beverage repertoire finds an apt pairing in Chef Paramjit's take on the tapas. The traditional lid snack of Spain makes a welcome arrival at Grillopolis with this festival. The Tapas and cocktails can be indulged on every other day on a la carte basis.
