Out of the Blue Art Gallery brings you Urjaa by Anita Kanagat. Anita Kanagat is a self taught artist. Anita experiments with various techniques and just enjoys playing with colour. Her art is all about colour and texture. There is a surprise element in each painting as the result can vary depending on the paper and technique used. Anita paints with acrylic paints, water colour and pastels on handmade paper.

Yogurt prawns and lettuce with raw mango and spiced gremolata, pan seared tuna with fresh veggies tossed in homemade lemon aioli.
