Like most DJs in the spinning market today, Raketa originally was a professional party monster. However, her musical taste and ability evolved with serious education in music too. Raketa started to DJ in 2007 as a part of a band called Belka and Strelka, playing mainly minimal-techno and tech-house. Raketa also bagged the 5th position at the DJ-Battle 2008 held nationwide.
